Visiting Fukuoka International Congress Center

How do I reach Fukuoka International Congress Center from the nearest station?: Please see the Access page for details.

Do you have parking facilities?: There is a parking lot with space for 240 vehicles next to Fukuoka International Congress Center. This car park is open from 8 am until 10 pm, and costs 100 yen per 30 minutes.
* The car park is unavailable for some events.
Are there any other parking lots located nearby?: There are other parking lots located close to the center and station. However, these become very busy during events, so we recommend that visitors come by public transportation where possible. Please see the Access page for details.
Are disabled parking spaces available?: There are a limited number of spaces for disabled users. Please inquire at the management office for information on fees. Parking spaces cannot be reserved.
Do you have bicycle parking facilities?: There is space for around 20 bicycles to the right of the front of the building.

Where can I purchase tickets for events (including tickets sold on the day)?: Please address inquiries regarding tickets to the event organizer. Please see the Event Information page for contact details.

I think I lost something during event. What should I do?: In principle, all lost property is dealt with by the event organizer. Please see the Event Information page for contact details.

Do you have a restaurant/vending machines?: Yes, we do. Please see the Facility Guide page for more details.
Do you have coin lockers?: Yes, we do. These can be found on the 1st Floor. Please see the Facility Guide page for more details.
Do you have a smoking area?: Smoking areas are available on the 2nd Floor and 4th Floor deck. Please note that smoking is prohibited in the building.
* In some cases, smoking area may be unavailable during events in which the whole center has been reserved.
Do you have disabled toilets and nursing rooms?: Yes, we do. Please see the Facility Guide page for more details. Note that we do not have a day nursery.
Can I use the Internet at the center?: Wireless public LAN services are available in the lobby on each floor.
Do you have AEDs (automated external defibrillator)?: AEDs are located in the 1st Floor and 2nd Floor lobbies.
